２０２２年度愛媛大学学生海外派遣(国際学会参加)プログラム派遣候補者の募集について Scholarship program for Ehime University students participating in international conferences (Academic Year 2022)　

愛媛大学学生海外派遣（国際学会参加）プログラムの派遣候補者を募集します。希望者は、指導教員に相談の上、各学部等で定める期日までに、各学部担当部署に申請書類を提出してください。

Ehime University will accept applications for the scholarship program by undergraduate and graduate students who have attended or want to attend an international conference. If you want to apply for this program, please consult your supervisor and submit the required documents to the General Affairs Office of your institution by the deadline specified by each institution.

【派遣期間 Period of stay】2週間未満 Less than 2 weeks

【対象 Application Eligibility】本学の学部学生及び大学院生 Full-time undergraduate or graduate student of Ehime University

【採用人数 Number】推薦人数と予算により決定するため、現段階では未定 Depends on number of applications and budget

【費用支給限度及び使途 Amount and Usage of scholarship】旅費（航空賃、日当及び宿泊費）並びに学会参加費として、10万円を上限に支給します。オンラインによる国際学会参加については、学会参加費実費とします。 Up to \100,000 yen for travel expenses (air-fare, daily allowance and accommodation fee) and registration fee of the conference. （For online participation, registration fee）

【留意事項 Notes】
〇2022年度に開催される国際学会等への参加であり、派遣期間は2022年4月1日から2023年3月31日の期間内であること。（実施済みのものを含む）※なお、やむを得ず年度を跨いだ派遣となる場合は、申請前に国際連携課まで相談すること。This program covers an international conference that will be held during the period from April 1, 2022 to March 31, 2023. (Including those already implemented)

〇申請は１人最大２件までとする。One student can submit at most two applications.

〇参加する国際学会については、いわゆるハゲタカ学会でないことを指導教員が確認しておくこと。The supervisor must confirm that the online international conference has sufficient quality (not a so-called predatory conference).

〇書類の提出期限は、各学部担当部署に確認してください。Please check with the General Affairs Office of your institution for the deadline.

〇結果通知は、２０２３年３月上旬の予定Result Notification：early-March 2023
