[Call for Presentation/Participation] “International Joint Meeting of Young Researchers for Future Research Collaboration”, Mar.14 2025

Dear Partner Universities,

We are pleased to announce that the Ehime University is organizing the international conference “International Joint Meeting of Young Researchers for Future Research Collaboration,” to take place hybridly both face-to-face and online on March 14, 2025 at Ehime University, Japan.

This international research meeting aims to promote young researchers by providing them with opportunities to present their research, explore opportunities for international collaboration, and build a sustainable research network.

Ehime University cordially invites doctoral students and young researchers of your institute to participate as a presenter or a participant in this international joint meeting.

Date: March 14, 2025, 13:15～16:30
Place: Online and Ehime University
Time for each presentation: 15 minutes
Language: English
Eligibility: Doctoral students and researchers, under the age of 40, who are affiliated with Ehime University’s partner institutions as of March 2025
Registration deadline: February 16, 2025
Fee: Free of charge. (If you wish to attend in person at Ehime University, you will be responsible for your own travel expenses to Ehime. Also, you will need to arrange your own accommodation and airline tickets by yourself.)
