Measures to reduce the burden of tuition fees
Tuition fee waiver system
Ehime University has a tuition waiver system for regular course students with excellent academic records who have difficulty paying tuition for financial reasons.
Applications are accepted once a year (this does not apply to students who enroll in September or October, or to those whose financial situation has suddenly changed due to special circumstances).
Tuition deferment system
If you are unable to pay tuition by the due date due to financial reasons, you may apply for a deferment of tuition payment if your application is approved. Please note that there is a fixed application period.
For information on tuition fee waiver, please refer to the bulletin board of the Student Life Support Division located on the north side of the library or contact the Student Life Support Division.
Measures to Reduce the Burden of Entrance Fees
Tuition fee waiver system
Ehime University has a system to exempt the entrance fee (full or half) for students who have extreme difficulty in paying the entrance fee due to the death of the person responsible for paying the fee or due to a disaster, etc., within one year prior to enrollment.
Deferment of Entrance Fee Collection System
Even if your application for entrance fee waiver is not approved or only half of the entrance fee is waived, if you apply for a deferment of the entrance fee and it is approved, the collection of the entrance fee will be deferred for approximately six months from the time of admission.
Please contact the Student Life Support Division for details on the measures to reduce the burden of the entrance fee.
