Orientation for new international students

The following orientation will be held for new international students enrolling for the First semester 2026.All international students are required to attend this orientation.
If you have cold symptoms or fever (37.5 degrees Celsius or higher), please refrain from participating and contact the International Relations Division after you are cured.

Orientation Session

[First Session] Date: Monday, March 30, 2026,13:00-16:00
[Location] M32, 3F, Aidai Muse (Johoku Campus)

[Second Session] Date: Saturday, April 11, 2026,13:00-15:00
[Location] M32, 3F, Aidai Muse (Johoku Campus)and in front of Gymnasium 2
*Notification of health and safety training for graduate students will be given around May to June.

Japanese language placement test

[Date] Tuesday, March 31, 2026,13:00-16:00 or Friday, April 3, 2026, 13:00-16:00
Entrance is available until 14:30
[Location] M23, 2F, Aidai Muse (Johoku Campus)
*Students taking Japanese classes must take one of the tests.

*If you learn Japanese for the first time, you do not need to take a placement test.

*No reservation required.
