Global Human Resource Development Program Fostered by Ehime Universities and Businesses
In this program, international students who want to work for a Japanese company and Japanese students who want to be active in a global environment work as a team to solve issues that will help the company achieve the SDGs. By working on real issues together with employees of participating companies as mentors, students will be able to develop skills that they can use after finding employment. In addition, through working with members from different cultures and positions, students will learn how to create an organization where everyone feels valued and respected and how to transform diversity into organizational strength.
